I build technology and pathways for more people to participate.
I’m the founder and CEO of Enhancesoft, the company behind osTicket and SupportSystem. My work connects open-source software, globally distributed teams, and community investment through the Rotich Foundation.

I grew up in Kolong village, Kamobo, in Nandi County, Kenya, without technology. I did not use a computer until college. Curiosity and a drive to learn eventually took me to the United States, where I studied Computer Engineering at Tulane University, alongside Electrical Engineering and Mathematics.
I went on to found Enhancesoft and build osTicket into an open-source customer-support platform used around the world. Today, Enhancesoft also operates SupportSystem and is expanding its team from Alexandria, Louisiana, to Eldoret, Kenya.
That journey shapes how I think about opportunity. Through the Rotich Foundation, I am investing in education, health and wellness, mentorship, and technology. That work is grounded in the communities that first shaped me.
