The village gave first. Giving back is how the story continues.
Receiving a track scholarship changed the direction of my life. Rotich Foundation is one way I carry that gift forward, creating room for young people to learn, grow, and imagine more for themselves.
We’re a 501(c)(3) private foundation funded by me and supported by Enhancesoft. At Enhancesoft, the Foundation is part of why we work hard. Our team is invested in turning the value, skills, and opportunities we create together into more open doors for young people and the communities that shaped us.

The first expertise belongs to the people already doing the work. Programs begin by listening to schools, families, health workers, and community leaders before deciding what support should look like.

Some moments ask to be heard as well as seen. During a school visit, students turned our arrival into high-fives, laughter, and a welcome no still photograph could quite hold.
