Ideas become real through teams.

The work

The products and teams I’ve helped shape from an early idea into useful, lasting work.

I founded Enhancesoft around a simple belief: useful products begin with real problems and get better when the people behind them keep listening. Across osTicket, SupportSystem, and SupportDesk, the work is about helping teams serve their customers with more clarity, reliability, and care.

Today, that work is carried by a growing team across Alexandria, Louisiana and Eldoret, Kenya. Different products and perspectives share one standard: make happy customers. We are building software for a global community while creating room for new talent to learn, contribute, and shape what comes next.

The Lessons

What osTicket taught me

01.

Solve the problem in front of you

osTicket began in 2003 with a simple idea: move customer support out of shared inboxes and post-it notes. Useful software starts by making real work clearer.

02.

Let the community carry it

Users, contributors, and teammates kept the project moving for more than twenty years. Open source becomes durable when people decide it is worth carrying forward.

03.

Rebuild without erasing the past

Modernizing osTicket meant preserving decades of hard-won knowledge while creating a foundation the next generation can build on.

A living portfolio

The work is still moving.

These products evolve with the teams building them and the customers relying on them. Some are entering a new chapter. Others are only beginning.
